Individual Therapy
This form of therapy is one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. By working through feelings, beliefs, and behaviors we will identify aspects of your life you would like to change, better understand, or set a goal to accomplish.
My style is a blend of gentle while still being direct with clients. I utilize techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical-Behavioral, and forms of mindfulness in therapy. The ultimate goal is for you to achieve a life that you are wanting to live, and we will do so by increasing our awareness and insight to the road blocks that we face.
